Aside from kickboxing, she was also taught several forms of martial arts in order to make her role more believable.

Angelina Jolie was practicing several hours a day which burned more than a thousand calories daily. Angelina Jolie Diet

The main reason why Angelina Jolie is able to maintain her amazing figure is because of her strict diet. According to several sources, Angelina strictly follows what is called the “stone age diet” which is mainly consists of raw salads, fish, fruits and vegetables. It completely excludes wheat based foods and red meats from the diet.

Moreover, Angeline Jolie makes it a routine to eat several small meals a day instead of the standard 3 big meals. However, she also indulges in cheat days and eats whatever she wants on certain days. According to her, this is so that she doesn’t go crazy form the strict dieting.
