The main women of the movies were simply stunning during the Oscars 2011. Though glamor was a big part of the afternoon, the stars allowed their individual celebrity hairstyle shine through. Clothing and hairstyle are the two most talked about subjects relating to the Oscars or any other big Hollywood event. It doesn’t matter if you prefer a complex stylish hairstyle or like Anne Hathaway or chic straight celebrity hairstyle like Gwyneth Paltrow. Natalie Portman chose an excellent side-styled wavy celebrity hairstyle when she accepted her Oscar. It was an ideal way to showcase her healthy light brown hair and it blended well with the dress she wore. On the other hand, Reese Witherspoon dazzled us with her fashion doll inspired pigtail though she was among the few stars that sported this kind of up-do which perhaps moved to the best hairstyle list. The style may have otherwise been boring if it weren’t for beautiful mass of long blond wavy hair which added a point of interest to her appearance.
Amy Adams may have missed the high notes by choosing a glistening blue dress but her long wavy hairstyle but she hit the correct notes with her long wavy hairdo. Amy’s gorgeous copper red hair, the gentle loose waves, and glean of her locks all blended well into a lovely celebrity hairstyle and it was one of the main attractions of the evening. Maybe the biggest highlight of the afternoon was when Penelope Cruz made her return to the Oscars in a tremendously hot designer sequin dress from L’Wren Scott. The new mother looked wonderful in the fiery dress with corresponding jewelry and stylish hairstyle.
The star of Black Swan, Mila Kunis, was stunning when she arrived in a lavender dress and brunette celebrity hairstyle. She made a romantic appearance by pulling her long hair back into a low, elegant up-sweep which featured a deep part at the sides and retro waves. The hairdo complimented her designer Neil Lane earrings. Jennifer Hudson brought the house down with her big hairdo. Jennifer gives her own personal touch with very spiral curls in a backless gown.
