Did you know pregnancy and menstruation can cause those dark circles under the eyes? The shifting hormones can cause the skin to thin and the blood vessels to dilate. Those two things can make the dark circles under the eyes appear worse than usual. On the other end of the scale, aging also has a part to play. As people age, their skin becomes naturally thinner and more translucent. It also leads to sagging skin around the eyes. So, now in addition to the dark circles under the eyes, you also have wrinkles and fine lines to frame them.

But what can you do about those dark circles under the eyes? Enter your kitchen. There are many natural remedies available for those that want rid of their dark circles under the eyes.
