Hydroleyes Overview
The Hydroleyes product is designed to not only target the dark circles under the eyes but also help eliminate wrinkles and fine lines.
The cream is manufactured by Longevity LLC, a company that produces a range of health and wellness goods, including some dubious mood elevating and sexual performance improving products. They do present their Hydroleyes product in a good, informative and attractive way however and the website is very user-friendly and well designed.
Included on the site are illustrations of how the product works, which is by strengthening the capillaries in the delicate eye area, where the skin is thinner than elsewhere. It discusses why dark circles appear and show details of clinical trials that were performed on Hydroleyes, where 72% of women showed a significant improvement.
Hydroleyes - Product Description
Hydroleyes is a combination of two patented products, Haloxyl and Matrixyl 3000. The latter product targets the fine lines around the eyes and can reduce wrinkles and boost skin collagen by up to 68%. Unfortunately there is no information on the site regarding other ingredients in the cream, or even good explanations for the two complexes. However, it is known that the cream does contain a number of natural ingredients including green tea, grapeseed extract and soy lecithin plus glycerin and hyaluronic acid. The amounts of each contained in the cream are not known. Also lacking on the site is any information as to how and when the cream should be applied and how long the user must wait before seeing results.

Hydroleyes - The Bottomline
It is great that the company provides clinical trials for Hydroleyes, but unfortunately there are too many dubious aspects regarding the manufacturers to be able to comfortably recommend it. When leaving the website the consumer is suddenly offered a 50% discount off the cream, which normally retails for $49.99. Most respectable companies do not have to use tactics like this in order to sell their products.
Moreover, it is a concern that there are so many complaints on independent consumer forums regarding the Longevity company (which also manufacture pet products!), most of which regard their poor billing and cancellation process. This alone is a reason to avoid purchasing Hydroleyes.
