lose cellulite – How to Lose Cellulite

By: Melissa Snyte

Many women are self-conscious about how they look and for good reason. Every day, women are bombarded with the message that they need to be perfect. While most women know this is not true, all women hate the appearance of cellulite. Cellulite is the fat deposits that gather under the skin, mainly on the thighs and buttocks, and make skin look like an orange peel. It can be hard to lose cellulite but there are ways that it can be done. It is a natural occurrence, but one that women do not want to have happen.

You may have begun the battle to lose cellulite when you were a teenager. Hormones and genetics play a large role in whether a woman will develop cellulite, where it will be, and how easy it will be to lose cellulite. Considering the fact that an estimated 90% of women will try to lose cellulite at some point in their lives, it seems that no woman is alone in her struggle to do it. There are several ways that you can lose cellulite, and some of them are easier to do than others. Some methods are more expensive and some simply require you to invest the time into them.

One of the most popular ways to lose cellulite is with the use of a topical lotion or cream. These creams are made up of ingredients that have been proven to help reduce the appearance of cellulite. Most of the time, creams and lotions are not able to make you lose cellulite permanently and since it is a natural formation of fat in the body, it would most likely not be healthy if it did. Instead, these creams dry out the fat cells, which shrink in size and reduce the size of the area that has the cellulite. The creams to lose cellulite also improve the look of skin, so that you no longer have the dimply appearance that makes women so desperate to lose cellulite.

Diet and exercise are two methods to lose cellulite that cost very little. The more you exercise, the firmer your body is and the less likely you are to have fat become cellulite. Cardio and strength training exercises work well to reduce the amount of fat you have in your body and help you lose cellulite. With the addition of a healthy diet, you can lose cellulite and keep it off of your body. Try to avoid foods such as processed foods or sodas because these encourage the formation of cellulite and are not helpful when you want to lose cellulite.
