To remove wrinkles that are very prominent on your forehead, you should start before the age of 30. There are steps that you can take to keep your skin healthy and prevent wrinkles and lines on the forehead. Your age is one of the biggest contributing factors in getting wrinkles on your forehead, but there are a number of additional reasons why they may be so noticeable.

You may have to remove wrinkles from your forehead because you haven’t been taking care of your skin. Know in advance how to take care of your skin so you don’t develop problems as you age. If this is the case, it isn’t too late to do something about the problem. One of the first and easiest things to do is to start drinking between 8 and 10 glasses of water each day. If your skin is dehydrated and extremely dry, wrinkles and lines form easily and are difficult to get rid of unless you take steps to remedy the situation. You should start immediately to take steps to keep from getting deep wrinkles in your skin. The older you get, the harder it is to remove wrinkles.

You can remove wrinkles before they become too severe, by using a good quality moisturizer twice a day, in the morning and evening. You should begin by cleaning your face to remove and traces of makeup or irritants from the environment that irritate the skin. When you start this routine twice a day, you’ll be taking a major step toward removing your wrinkles permanently. You should choose a moisturizer that’s created for the type of skin you have, and if you aren’t sure about the type of moisturizer to choose, you can ask the person in the health and beauty department of the store who can make recommendations.

Natural methods to remove wrinkles are also effective. As you age, your skin loses its flexibility and elasticity. This is largely due to a decrease in the elastin and the collagen, which give the skin its firm appearance. There are excellent products on the market that can replace collagen. Many of the good skin care products are available as a cream and contain collagen, vitamin C, E, and A, all of which are excellent in repairing skin damage. Two natural remedies that you can use to repair skin that’s damaged due to wrinkles, is to mix fresh papaya, honey, and pineapple and use it as a facial mask.
