Ricki Lake gives credit to ‘Dancing with the Stars’ partner for Weight Loss

Talk show host Ricki Lake has shed weight as she is dancing for the show ‘Dancing with the Stars’. She has lost 13 inches and she gives the credit of this to Derek Hough, her partner in the show. Ricki Lake often comes to limelight for her weight issues. She was once 260 pounds and she says that in just three weeks she lost considerably competing with the stars.

Crediting Derek Hough she said ‘The Derek Hough diet is the best,’ she laughs. ‘It’s hardcore.’ She’s dropped about 15 pounds so far, and that includes five inches from her waist and five from her hips.

Ricki is very happy that she is getting into shape. About this she told US Weekly, “I am really getting in great shape. I will be wearing less and less clothing the smaller I get. I am feeling more comfortable in my own skin.”

So celeb followers can definitely take dancing as one formula to shed their pounds.
