Columbian singer Shakira and beau soccer star Gerard Pique unveiled the plan of Soccer for Youth Development and Healthy Living project to benefit more than 28,000 local kids.A combined venture of her non-profit, Pies Descalzos (Barefoot), as well as the charitable arm of the FC Barcelona soccer club, has aimed to transform the YMCA at 6881 NW 179th St. into a sports center. However, the celeb pair maintained a ‘no comment’ stand regarding questions not related to the event.

Previous summer, Shakira revealed she was breaking up with her lawyer boyfriend of 10 years Antonio de la Rua, who is the oldest son of former Argentine president Fernando de la Rua.
