What Vela Smooth can do for Your Cellulite

By: Melissa Snyte

Most of the women out there suffer from cellulite at least once in their lives. Basically the only criterion needed to get cellulite is that you have to have already gone through puberty. Just when you think your body couldn’t possibly change any more…CELLULITE!!! The wonderful cottage cheesy, orange peel look doesn’t do anything for our self esteem, and when bikini season hits, we think about our cellulite all the more.

Some women have more cellulite than others, but even if you only have some small spots of it, I am sure that you still feel the effects of it, especially in the summer months. However, one thing we often don’t realize is that the majority of women out there have cellulite, overweight or thin, even celebrities can’t always get rid of their cellulite for good. When you see flawless pictures of actresses in magazines, remember that those photos were airbrushed before they hit the stands, and if you had to see these people in real life, you would see that they have flaws, just like everyone else does – including cellulite!

There are quite a few different treatments for cellulite out there, and if you really can’t stand the thought of going through another year with the bumpy, fatty skin, you should look into your options. The first option out there is a wide range of cellulite creams. Now, for a skin lotion to actually work for cellulite removal, it would have to reach through all of the layers of your skin to the cellulite and still be strong enough to work through that as well. A lot of cellulite creams are not strong or far reaching enough and just sit below the surface. Another option is plastic surgery, which can be extremely expensive and risky. The best option out there seems to be machines that are designed with heat, energy and lasers that break up the cellulite and help the body to flush it away.

The best cellulite machine out there right now is called Vela Smooth. This machine combines Bi Polar radio frequency, infrared light energies, negative pressure and tissue manipulation, and this combo is called elos, or electrical optical synergy. Vela Smooth works through vacuum rollers that move over the affected areas, smoothing out the skin and directing energy into it. This effective machine also contours the body, making you shapelier.

Vela Smooth treatments are non surgical and non invasive. The treatment sessions last about 45 – 60 minutes each and you will need 2 of these sessions per week for at least 6 – 8 weeks. After the initial sessions, all you need to do is go in for regular maintenance sessions and you will see long term effects. It takes about 5 or 6 sessions to start seeing real results, but patients have been very satisfied with Vela Smooth technology so far. Costs vary by location, how bad the cellulite is, and how many areas on your body need treatment.
