Do not use hot water for washing hands as these may affect your hand skin as well.

Make sure that you moisture your skin after showers and washing hands. It is very important to do so as after bath our skin pores are opened and remains widen for some time. Therefore after bath it will prove to be effective to apply good moisturizer so that moisturizer enters skin pores more easily and cause better result for longer time.

Moisturizer can provide you with best moisture and suppleness to your skin. Apply them regularly on your skin especially when your skin is little damp. Usually pat your skin to make it dry rather than rubbing it with towel. Olive oil can be best used on such skin that will give you good results. Prefer keeping moisturizers and face wash with you at your working places also. This will help you to be fresh even in extreme conditions at your work.

Such heated room by furnace can provide minimum 10% moisture. In winter days you should prefer sleeping in isolated room with doors and windows closed to avoid dry air from outside.

Do not use soaps that have a drying effect after use. Avoids these drying soaps and opt using creamy moisturizing cleansers. These moisturizing cleansers contain glycerin or petroleum products that prevent drying of skin.

In winter, your lips need special care as they get dehydrated soon as they have less moisture holding capacity than other parts of body. This can be overcome by simply using lip balm or Vaseline that will help you to keep your lips moist for longer period. While brushing your teeth you can rotate your brush on your lips in circular motion, which will help you to remove dead flakes from lips and keep them soft.

You should take extra care of your face in winter as the cold air and low temperature may spoil your skin texture. Apply cold creams that will help to maintain moisture and will protect your skin from cold winds making your skin to glow and supple.
