Summer Acne Triggers

Some people are predisposed to get grow acne because their genes are programmed to get it. They inherit the condition from their parents.

Extreme changes in weather conditions, including the searing heat experienced around summer time, can trigger an acne. The humid weather that keeps you sweating, the environmental irritants that include dirt and dust, and the pore-blocking harsh ingredients of your makeup and skincare products, including your sunscreen, can all come together to trigger an infection.

Other factors that can easily lead to acne are chronic stress, including chronic lack of sufficient sleep, skin that’s not cleansed over prolonged periods, and certain medications.
