Anti Cellulite Pants – Do the Anti Cellulite Pants Really Work

anti cellulite pants for quick and effective results

It is well known that women are more susceptible to cellulite than men. This is because the female hormone estrogen[1] helps trigger the formation of cellulite. Males are less likely to develop cellulite because of the male hormone testosterone and their thicker skin. To help with the problem there are a variety of products to reduce cellulite and the anti cellulite pants are one of the newest. Like creams, gels and lotions, the anti cellulite pants are made to reduce the appearance of dimpled skin on the hips, buttocks and thighs and like the other products results vary by user.

Cellulite forms when skin is damaged and dehydrated. This is most often caused by reduced blood flow to the skin. This damaged skin forms small holes where toxins, fats and other harmful substances can wedge themselves, causing skin to cave in. Several things aggravate the cellulite problem, such as stress, hormones, anxiety and lack of exercise, as these lower blood circulation and triggers cortisol to form. Cortisol is the hormone responsible for storing fat under the skin, which is cellulite. Exercise helps rid the body of stress and lowers cortisol levels, so this in combination with anti cellulite pants is recommended for long lasting results.

Anti cellulite pants have crystals in the fabric[2] that are said to emit infrared rays[3] to help reduce the cottage cheese appearance. These infrared rays heat up the skin and increase metabolism to increase blood flow to the skin. The fatty deposits under the skin are broken down and carried off naturally by the body. Most women see result when wearing the anti cellulite pants, while others see results quicker when using other methods like creams, massage, exercise routines and diet along with the anti cellulite pants. There is not one method on the market that is a miracle cure.

While the anti cellulite pants may help you see some quick results, they will not be long-lasting. To reach the deep layer of the skin where the cellulite forms, it is important to incorporate diet and exercise. This along with the anti cellulite pants can give you lasting results and may even eliminate the cellulite altogether. There are some things you can do to help rid your body of cellulite, such as eliminating sweets from your diet, drink eight 8 ounce glasses of water each day and eat a healthy diet. The anti cellulite pants do work for quick, temporary results.
