Add in basil, red bell peppers cut lengthwise, washed capers, and edamame seeds. Cook the veggies for about a minute then take the pan out. Pour the sauce over your whole meat spaghetti and enjoy!

2. Tropical Shrimp Salad
Make sure to get your shrimps live. Debone, making sure you remove the spine (black thread on its back). Blanche slowly with boiling water on a colander then, immediately wash off with cold, tap, running water. Set aside. Dice ripe mangoes, cucumbers, red and yellow bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes. Now, prepare the dressing by simply blending the juice of one lime or lemon, two tablespoons of honey, and the flesh of one ripe mango. Toss everything together and top with cilantro.

Oil then roll the barrelled tuna sesame seeds. Cut the fresh tuna into squares. Sear all sides of the tuna over a very hot pan for 10 seconds. Set aside. Next, prepare the salad by cutting thin slices of beetroot, romaine and carrots. Add in finely minced ginger, onion leaves and celery leaves. Serve the seared tuna with the salad and kewpie dressing on the sides.
