Extracting Secrets from Nature to Get Beautiful Skin

If you are searching for natural means to solve skin problems them here are few of them that will help you to cope with these problems successfully. If your skin is dry and flaky then you can try the natural ways to overcome skin problems. Apply a mixture of glycerin (2 teaspoon), petroleum jelly (6 teaspoon), and lemon juice (2 teaspoon) on your skin. Try this atleast twice a week on your facial skin, hands, legs that will provide you with natural moisturizer.

For sun burns

If your skin has undergone sunburns and tanning, cucumber has lots to do in reducing that effect. Take a cucumber, peel it and grate it well to take out juice. Collect the juice in a bowl and mix it with rose water and glycerin both in same amount (1/2 teaspoon). Now apply this mixture on the sunburn portion of skin. This will give a soothing glorious effect to your skin.

For cracked heels

If your heels bear cracks then you need to give it special treatment to avoid further painful effects. For natural treatment you can mix molten paraffin wax with some mustard oil. Then apply this mixture on your cracked heels and let it leave for the night. Make sure before applying this, your heels are well cleaned and exfoliated to keep away from dirt and debris that may add hindrance in heeling process. Do this for several nights that will provide you with soothing effects making heals smooth.

The alternative method to this is by massaging heels with coconut oil. After proper massaging keep the foot in warm water for few minutes and then clean it by gently rinsing. Then take mixture of half teaspoon of lemon juice, half hand henna, 10 hibiscus flowers and apply this on your foot. Wash it well and experience the soothing and smooth effect.

Body Massage

Body massaging stimulates the nerves cells by activating blood circulation. It provides a good massaging to the nerves and gives a radiant effect on your skin. For natural massaging use mixture of coconut oils along with other essential oils like lavender, rosemary, etc. these gives a soothing and stimulating effect.

Smooth skin

For smooth skin structure you can apply same amount of mixture of glycerin and lemon juice. Try this for atleast a month especially those with rough palm, you will experience smooth skin. You can rub lemon peel on your hands and feet that will help to remove scars. After a month of continuous use your skin may be scars free.

Eyes care

The simple home care that you can give to your delicate eyes is by using simple natural ingredients that will be helpful in protecting eye skin. Prepare a blend of cucumber and potato juice and soak cotton by dipping cotton wads in it. Then keep it on your eyelids and let it be for some hours. Rinse the eyes gently and pat dry it. Give a smooth massaging with baby oil around your eyes skin. Practice it for atleast a month and experience the soothing effect.

You can make your eyelashes thick and long by using castor oil over your eyelashes giving a thin coat before going to bed. This will make your eyelashes more strong and sooth your eyes with cool touch.

Relieve your eyes from dark circles that may be due to mental stress or any type of strain by giving gentle massage to your eyes. Use coconut oil for massaging regularly particularly before going to bed that will help you to reduce your dark circles.

These tips seem to be simple but are very effective that help to improve your beauty and make you look young and beautiful.
