Though you might have tried the most costly skin care treatment for your skin improvement, it will be of no use unless you have not cared for these prominent skin killers.Here are some important skins affecting factors that make skin worse then ever.

Sun rays

Sun assist more in damaging the skin quality. Sun rays render the skin to dry and age. Sun rays penetrate the skin pores and affect skin collagen and elastin. The skin collagen is a key substance that improves the skin type. Collagen and elastin makes the skin soft and smooth. Once these are affected, wrinkles start appearing and dark circles become prominent.

The sun rays containing free radicals and harmful ultra-violet rays disrupt the collagen network and make the skin dry. These harmful rays cause skin to age by forming wrinkles, dark circles, fine lines and crow’s feet that leads you to age early time. To protect the skin from such rays you should cover your skin with special sunscreen of appropriate SPF of 15. Sunscreen protects your skin from UV rays and prevents it from early aging.

You can protect your eye skin by wearing protective sun glasses and covering your face skin before going in the sun especially in noon time.

Frequent Smoking

Smoking is the next prohibitory factor that should curb down to regularly use. Smoking affects the skin cells. The tobacco smoke disrupts the collagen network of the skin cells and renders it to dry. It is the nicotine present in cigarettes that causes the blood vessels to contract and make your face appear grey or dull. Another harmful component present in it is acetaldehydes that destroy the skin fibres causing them to loss collagen network that keeps skin firm.

Hence there occurs chemical reaction that produces a protein like substance disrupting the collagen structure. Once collagen network get disrupt, wrinkles, fine lines, creases becomes prominent and you appear older than you are. Smoking also cause eye irritation and causes evaporation of moisture level of skin, thus making skin dry.

Apart from this, smoking also affects lungs and liver and reduces ones life cycle. If you seriously want to enhance your beauty and look beautiful then you have to give up these habits that obstruct your way to look attractive. The skin problems that arise due to these habits will be reduced and you will be able to treat your skin in proper manner.

Excess intake of alcohol

Alcohol is a dehydrating substance that can adversely attack your skin. Frequent taking of alcohol declines the level of moisture of skin and renders it to dry. Drying skin causes collagen to dry up and ultimately get destroyed. This leads to cracks formation in the skin surface that we name as wrinkles. These wrinkles resemble aging and hence excess alcohol can make us to appear older than our age. Alcohol also contains acetaldehyde that reduces skin elasticity and firmness.

For young and beautiful look you need to hold on your daily alcohol packs and pledge to reduce its intake.

Insufficient Sleep

Sleeping for insufficient time also damage the skin texture. It has been studied that during night time skin repairing takes place. New cells build up and retiring the old cells, this causes winding up of skin texture giving a new skin every day. Therefore, night sleep is important not only for your health but also to enhance your beauty. Lack of sleep can give rise to number of problems like dark circles, wrinkle formation, and puffiness.

Growing pollution also causes skin to loss its glow and renders it to appear dull and unhealthy. Fine harmful particles present in the environment enter skin pores and disrupts skin collagen leading to loss of youthfulness.

Lack of exercise

Exercise activates the skin cells and stimulates proper fluid circulation in body. It also promotes good flow of oxygen content through all the body parts, thus reducing stress and strain. This ultimately leads to declination of most of the skin problems.
However these factors act as a sin for skin damage.
