This is a condition that develops sometimes if the body doesn’t make sufficient hormones to provide high enough calcium levels.

Another way to improve your diet and make lashes grow longer is to include more vitamin B-3, vitamin H, and calcium in your diet. Vitamin B-3, which is also called niacin, increases the flow of blood to hair follicles, keeps your eyelashes from falling out, and will make lashes grow longer. Foods that are high in niacin and make lashes grow longer are various types of fish, asparagus, and mushrooms. Vitamin H, which is known as biotin, is found in nuts, soybeans, eggs, bananas, mushrooms, and nut butters.
