Concealer – The Right way to Cover Acne & Dark Circles
The main purpose of the concealer is mainly to offset the shadows that naturally occur under the eyes, and elaborate,make up applications so as to highlight certain face area such as the forehead, the centre of the nose, chin centre or the top of cheekbones. Choose the Best Concealer
There are variety of concealers, in terms of colours and shapes. You should start by analysing your skin to understand what it is that you need. Some of which may include covering acne, birthmarks or scars or under eye circles. A concealer that is tinted yellow or green is the best suited to deal with discolouration especially the dark and red spots. The scars under the eye circles will require the concealer that is 1-2 shades lighter than the natural skin tone.
Prep your Face
For better results, you should thoroughly wash your face with mild cleanser or simply apply a moisturizer. You can use the q-tip or a makeup remover to get rid of the darkness under your eyes that may be as a result of an old mascara. Make the concealer your first makeup step and it will go miles in covering the black canvas on your face.
You can either use the fingertips or a concealer brush to dab the concealer under the eyes. Consider starting from the corner of the inside part of the nose and move opposite to its outer lash line. Use a compact or lose powder foundation. In some stances consider using a liquid foundation or a cream where you add additional settling powder on top. You can then spread it over the entire face.

Apply it at least twice a day, smoothly under the eye area to avoid making it too whitish. Blend its edge well with the skin till it disappears.
